The product line isn’t very diverse, mainly consisting of supermarket shelves, shopping baskets, checkout counters, trays, and fruit and vegetable racks. For a supermarket, whether it’s stocking shelves at opening or restocking later, most of the needs for display, checkout, and handling can basically all be met here, so you don’t have to piece together items from several different suppliers when purchasing.

The light-duty shelves have been the best-selling item in recent years, model YD-S030. The standard size is L1800/1500W500H2000mm, with two length options, width of 500 and height of 2000 as standard. Material-wise, the upright posts are 1.0mm, beams 1.0mm, shelves 0.5mm, supporting 100-200kg per layer. They’re completely adequate for regular products like drinks, grains, oils, and daily chemicals. Even fully loaded with heavy items, the shelves won’t sag noticeably. Light-duty shelves are mainly designed for small to medium stores and convenience stores—practical, easy to install, and cost-controllable—thickening the materials further wouldn’t be much more useful.

Both size and color are customizable. Store ceiling heights and main color themes vary, and we work according to drawings and color samples, so customers don’t have to adjust to standard models.

We’ve always paid attention to packaging. Each set of shelves is first wrapped in bubble wrap with an extra two layers around corners and post joints, mainly to prevent bumps and paint scratches during transport—as these shelves are powder-coated, any scratches become very noticeable during installation. Outside the bubble wrap, we add a cardboard box, which makes loading and moving easier and saves space when stacking, allowing more per shipment and reducing shipping costs per set. After all, with these shelves, shipping damage is often more headache-inducing than production issues.
