Good News! Our Company Shipped 5000 Pieces Pallets to Europe this week

Suzhou Yuanda Commercial Equipment Co., Ltd. is a factory that makes supermarket equipment, handling production and sales in one. Our main products include supermarket shelves, shopping baskets, checkout counters, pallets, and fruit and vegetable racks. Among our customers, a large portion purchase complete store setups: shelves, checkout counters, and fruit & vegetable displays along with pallets are bought together, which is more convenient than sourcing from several suppliers separately, and it’s also easier to match sizes and styles.

This time, the customer customized a plastic pallet, which is also one of our best-selling models. It comes in four specifications: PC1280 is 1200*800*150mm, and the same size with extra height, PC1280B, is 1200*800*170mm; the other group is 1200*1000, with PC1210 and the taller version PC1210B, heights are also 150mm and 170mm. Load capacity is 1-4 tons, suitable for daily stacking and forklift handling. The two widths may not look very different, but when choosing, it mainly depends on the bottom size of turnover boxes and goods, as well as stacking height—narrow aisles with frequent turnover are better off with 1200*800 for easier maneuvering; for storage with stacking priority, 1200*1000 provides more stability.

Materials are chosen based on the fresh produce use scenario, so it’s fine to place vegetables and fruits directly on them. They’re easy to clean and won’t absorb water, get moldy, or hide dirt like wooden pallets. Fresh produce areas often have water and debris on the floor, but plastic pallets aren’t afraid of moisture—just rinse and let them dry before the next use.

Sizes can be customized according to the customer’s needs. Different stores have different aisle widths, shelf heights, and turnover box specifications. If the standard models don’t fit, we make non-standard ones and start production after confirming the drawings. Pallets look simple, but most issues come down to details: whether the legs are stable, whether forklifts can handle them smoothly, and whether they warp when stacked high. Once these are addressed, the difference in turnover efficiency is more noticeable than the weight capacity.
