This custom order for our Albanian client includes a total of 3,000 shopping baskets, choosing our best-selling ZC-18 model, which is also a star product in our brand lineup. When this model was first launched, it was designed according to the high-frequency use needs of supermarkets. Both its size capacity and structural strength have been verified in the market over many years. Many chain supermarkets regularly repurchase this model, and this client directly specified this model as well.
In terms of specifications, the overall dimensions of this shopping basket are 520×380×900 mm, with a total capacity of 68 liters. This size fits the width of most supermarket aisles perfectly—it isn’t too wide to block doors nor too narrow to hold items. Even when customers purchase a large number of items at once, it can easily accommodate them. For supermarkets, this size doesn’t take up extra space at the entrance, making placement and organization very convenient.
To meet clients’ individual needs, our entire range of shopping baskets supports color customization. The Albanian client ultimately chose gray—gray and red happen to be the two best-selling colors for this model. Gray is dirt-resistant and maintains a fresh look in supermarkets, aligning well with the decoration style of local supermarkets. In addition to color, we also support custom printing of exclusive brand logos. The client requested that their brand logo be printed on the side walls of the baskets, and we printed it clearly according to the vector files they provided. The edges of the logo are neat, the colors are full, and even with long-term use and friction, they are not easy to fade. This allows the client to promote their brand without compromising the basket’s aesthetic.
To prevent scratches or collisions during transport, this batch of goods was also protected according to export shipping standards: the basket bodies were packed together, while the wheels and handles were packed separately. This prevents parts from rubbing against each other and damaging the paint, and it also makes it convenient for the client to assemble them upon receipt, avoiding damage from long-distance transportation.
From coordinating with the client on demands, confirming customization details, to arranging production, quality inspection, and packaging, we maintained real-time communication throughout the entire process.
